Do you know how to appeal?
Amélie Housing has a goal support all our tenants to understand their rights. This includes knowing how to appeal a decision made by community housing.
In 2020 we asked tenants to participate in a survey distributed by NSW Community Housing Industry Association.
- 32% of tenants who completed the survey were unsure of how to appeal a decision made by Amélie Housing.
In 2021, the survey was conducted again.
- 42% of tenants answering the survey were unsure how to appeal a decision made by Amélie Housing.
This is a problem! We would like to change this so 100% of our tenants know how to appeal a decision made by Amélie Housing. To meet this goal, we need your help.
