THE ROLE:

We have a newly created opportunity for the role of Asset Manager, NSW. The successful candidate will lead the team across NSW servicing (1,100 properties) while working closely with the Chief Operations Officer and leadership team of Amélie Housing to ensure effective service delivery of Asset operations in NSW, whilst working in partnership with interstate counterparts to combine asset reporting and management.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Tertiary qualifications in asset management or a minimum of 5 years experience in Asset, Construction, Procurement or Facilities Management.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code and defect legislation across NSW.
  • Experience working in the Social and Affordable Housing industry.
  • Proven leadership from within a high performing team
  • Strong knowledge of budget planning and management of Social and Affordable Housing portfolios.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision.
